Therapy Grounded in Presence & Connection

A Different Approach to Psychotherapy

Therapy here is not about pushing for answers or forcing change.
It’s about listening closely, building safety, and moving at a pace that works for you.

With care and curiosity, I want to build a relationship with you and collaborate about treatment while honoring your lived experience.

You Might Be Here Because…

What our work together can look like

Our work is collaborative and responsive. Sessions are shaped by what feels most present and important to you, not a rigid agenda.

Change is supported, not rushed.

A safe place to start

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. I aim to offer a space that feels grounded, thoughtful, and human.

Questions are welcome. Uncertainty is okay. You’ll be met where you are.

My Ethos

All parts of you are welcome here.

I believe in the dignity and worth of every person. Therapy is a space to feel seen, supported, and validated—especially in the context of trauma, identity, neurodivergence, and the systems that shape our lives.

You are the expert on your life.

Therapy is collaborative and person-centered. I believe you are the source of your own healing. You already carry the wisdom, strengths, and the capacity for healing, and our work honors your lived experiences, values, views, beliefs, and goals.

Healing happens in relationships, not a one-size-fits-all model.

I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach—drawing from multiple modalities to meet you where you are and move at a pace that supports and cultivates safety, self-trust, and meaningful change.

About Attunement & Connection

Attunement & Connection is a psychotherapy practice rooted in presence, relationship, and care. My approach is trauma-informed and guided by the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be authentically themselves. I chose to name my practice Attunement & Connection as it represents my philosophy of therapy. Attunement is defined by the state of being aware of and attentive or responsive to something. My approach to therapy embodies being attuned to my clients, helping clients attune to their own internal experience, and facilitating clients feeling more connected to both themselves (internally) and others (externally).

You’re welcome to reach out with questions or to explore whether this feels like it could be a good fit for you.

Attunement & Connection is a therapy practice focused on a relational approach to therapy. Based in Fayetteville, Ashlyn serves all of Northwest Arkansas, including Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville. My therapy approach is grounded in presence, connection, and care. All are welcome here.
